Introduction

My students start studying Physics as a new course. They were previously studying Science and come to learn that:

Physics is basically an extension of Science!
  
How ?

PHYSICS is that branch of science in which the principles of nature are studied.

  It was historically considered "knowledge of nature",  or the natural science that involves the study of matter and its motion through space and time, along with related concepts such as energy and force.

For example if you study what will be the speed of Toyota car if it covers ten kilometers in 2 hours, you are dealing with Physics.
